A 29 de junho de 2015 o Presidente do IPG, Hélio Casimiro Guterres, e o Diretor da FCTUC, Professor Luís José Proença de Figueiredo Neves, assinaram um protocolo de colaboração na área de Geociências com base na igualdade e benefício mútuos.
The Institute of Petroleum and Geology (IPG), estabilished in 2012 based on Decree-Law nº 33/2012 of July 18, is public institution of the Timor-Leste Government, under the supervision of the Ministry of Petroleum (MP) and Ministry of Mineral Resources (MPRM) with the objective of developing geological studies of mineral resources, including Timor-Leste’s oil and gas.
